A March Madness style tournament featuring 88 Club participants battling it out to determine who will be the Last Man Standing in the Club. Both sides of the Club fought one another throughout 2021 until a single Union and Confederate member remained standing from their two sides.

In the Championship Game, D. Holt (CSA) was able to defeat R. Trembley (USA) to claim the title of Last Man Standing. In honor of the accomplishment the ACWGC donated $50 to the American Battlefield Trust.

Conducted during the Summer and Fall of 2021 the Wild West 1862 Challenge featured five different scenarios. Two were chosen from Shiloh and three from Chickamauga. All scenarios were alternative "what-if" scenarios and were 40 turns or fewer in length.

The Final Result was an unexpected tie. The Federals won two scenarios and the Confederates won two scenarios. The deciding fifth scenario ended in a tie when both sides earned the same number of points. To see the results click here
